Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Liberty County, Georgia. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
