Now hiring: cake decorator (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Christian County, Illinois. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
