Natural stone fabricator • Henry County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Henry County, Illinois. You will work on a hotel and villa renovation project. Day to day you will shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience.
