Steel fixing chargehand — Coshocton County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Coshocton County, Ohio. You will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
