Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Fillmore County, Nebraska. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
