Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
