Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality.
