We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
