We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Pleasants County, West Virginia. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
