Brick and block layer • Ife North, Osun State

Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Ife North, Osun State. Day to day you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Full-time with occasional weekends.
