Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Orange County, California. You will work at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers The role involves: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
