Safety marshal — Pike County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Pike County, Georgia. The job is at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
