Back-of-house cleaner — Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Marion County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
