What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
