Urgent requirement: foundry operative (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry operative in Mountrail County, North Dakota. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. You should have: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Day to day you will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
