Now hiring: single needle operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Columbus County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
