Vacancy available: concrete placer (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Bandera County, Texas. You will work in a residential housing project. On the job you will handle: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
