Meat cutter wanted in Nottinghamshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Nottinghamshire, England. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
