Now hiring: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Knox County, Illinois. You will be based at a pharmacy doing home delivery. On a typical shift you will capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations Part-time with flexible hours.
