Now hiring: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Faribault County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Part-time with flexible hours.
