Stainless steel welder — Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Clinton County, Indiana. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Rotating shifts. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
