GMAW welder wanted in Calhoun County

Now hiring: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Calhoun County, Mississippi. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
