You will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
