Automotive refinish painter • Eddy County, North Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Eddy County, North Dakota. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
