Immediate opening: we are hiring a garment presser in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will work at a garment factory. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Rotating shifts.
