Metal caster • Weld County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Weld County, Colorado. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. On the job you will handle: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
