Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Butler County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
