Baker wanted in Clear Creek County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Clear Creek County, Colorado. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
