Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Union County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
