Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Carter County, Missouri. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
