Short order cook wanted in Lemhi County

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Lemhi County, Idaho. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
