Immediate opening: advanced scaffolder (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Owyhee County, Idaho. You will work at a shipyard. Day to day you will erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Part-time with flexible hours.
