Canteen cook wanted in Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lake County, California. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
