Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in San Diego County, California. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
