Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Ripley County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line.
