General labourer — Orleans County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a general labourer in Orleans County, Vermont. The role involves: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
