Now hiring: we are hiring a trailer driver in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is at a logistics warehouse. On the job you will handle: • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
