Back-of-house cleaner — Dukes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Dukes County, Massachusetts. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
