Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Madison County, New York. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
