Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
