Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in San Diego County, California. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. Day to day you will load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
