Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Rotating shifts.
