Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Hamilton County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
