Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Graham County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
