Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Clay County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
