Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Coffee County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
