What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
