Great opportunity: waiter (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Kay County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
