Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Palo Alto County, Iowa. The job is at a busy building site. You will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
