Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in City of Richmond, Virginia. The job is at a plant hire yard. On the job you will handle: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
